We’re seeking dynamic salon manager candidates to lead our team, elevate the client experience, and drive business growth while maintaining the friendly, stylish culture our guests love.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and inspire our stylist team to deliver outstanding service and build loyal clients.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train stylists; build a positive, professional, and fun work culture.
  • Hold team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support professional development.
Client Experience
  • Ensure every guest receives exceptional service from booking through checkout.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Promote retail products, memberships, and rebooking to enhance guest value.
Operations & Administration
  • Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, supplies, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational readiness.
  • Track KPIs and operational reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Business & Financial Management
  • Manage scheduling to support demand and optimize revenue.
  • Monitor salon performance metrics (service sales, retail sales, bookings, memberships).
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives to grow clientele and engagement.

  • Organized & proactive: You can juggle operations, reporting, and team needs with ease.
  • Detail-oriented: You pay close attention to quality, consistency, and the little things that elevate the client experience.
  • Business savvy: You understand salon KPIs, scheduling, inventory, and revenue drivers.
  • Good communicator: Clear, professional, and engaging with teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Previous experience preferred (but not required).
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
