membership policy

The Manetenance Membership Subscription (“Manetenance”) is a loyalty program offered by TAKE THE WORLD ON (“Blowout Rules”) to its most valued customers of Blowout Rules’ goods and services. These terms and conditions form the agreement between each customer that participates in Manetenance (known as a “Member”) and Blowout Rules with respect to Manetenance.

Blowout Rules reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or to adopt additional rules, regulations, prices, policies, or procedures (“Membership Rules”) affecting Manetenance and to terminate Manetenance or a Member’s membership subscription in Manetenance at any time for any reason without prior written notice.

By participating in Manetenance, Member agrees to these terms and conditions and Membership Rules. Each Member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about Manetenance’s terms and conditions and Membership Rules, which can be found at https://blowoutrules.com/memberships/. Members agree to pay a monthly fee to participate in Manetenance. Prices can be found at https://blowoutrules.com/memberships/.

Existing members will automatically be charged for all renewals. Members wishing to cancel their membership must do so prior to any renewals by communicating their desire to cancel at the salon or by emailing [email protected].

Membership in Manetenance entitles each Member to a variety of benefits, including the following:
• Rollover blowouts
• One complimentary monthly masque
• 10% off all products and tools (in-store only)
• 2 or 4 blowouts a month
• 1 Birthday blowout

Any additional blowouts you may need beyond your membership each month at the effective rate. Gratuities on services are not included in the monthly price. Discounts on products and tools apply to in-store purchases only. Discounts and membership blowouts are non-transferable and can only be used by Member. To redeem membership blowouts and/or discounts, Members must provide their name and identify themselves as a Manetenance Member. Any attempt to transfer benefits under Manetenance may result in the automatic cancellation of the membership subscription. Blowout Rules reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts under Manetenance.

Rollover Blowouts

Effective Date: September 1, 2026

Unused membership blowouts will roll over for up to 90 days from the date they are earned, provided your membership remains active. Any blowouts not redeemed within the applicable 90-day period will automatically expire.

Bestie Pass Benefit

The Bestie Pass allows a Member to bring a guest (the “Bestie”) for a blowout service under the Member’s active membership. Each Member is eligible for one (1) Bestie Pass per year. If the Member refers their Bestie and the Bestie signs up for a membership, the Member earns one additional Bestie Pass. The Member’s active membership will be used as the form of payment for the Bestie’s service.

Key Details:

• Limited to one (1) Bestie Pass per year per Member, with the possibility of one additional if the Bestie joins a membership.
• The Member must be present during the Bestie’s appointment.
• Must be booked under the Member’s name and membership.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• Must be booked and redeemed while the Member’s membership is active.

Important Policy on Usage:

The Bestie Pass is the only instance where a Member may use their membership to pay for another person’s service. All other membership benefits—including blowouts, discounts, and perks—are strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the Member.

Once the Bestie Pass benefit has been used, Members may no longer apply their membership toward services for family, friends, or other guests. While appointments for others can still be booked under the Member’s account, membership benefits cannot be used as payment. These services must be paid separately, either in cash or using the card on file.

Any misuse or attempt to share membership benefits beyond the permitted Bestie Pass may result in the automatic cancellation of the membership subscription. Blowout Rules reserves the right to request proper identification from a Member before providing discounts or blowouts under Manetenance.

Complimentary Birthday Blowout

To receive a complimentary birthday blowout, the Member must provide their date of birth when signing up and present a valid photo ID at the time of the appointment. The birthday blowout may be redeemed within a 30-day window, starting 15 days before and ending 15 days after the Member’s birthday. Blowouts not used within this period will expire.

Members also agree to allow Blowout Rules to communicate via mail, email, phone (including text messages), external websites, and various other channels. Blowout Rules may use these channels to communicate with Member about account status, program changes, Membership Rules, special offers or promotions, or other matters Blowout Rules believes may be of interest to Member.

How to Cancel:

• Via Email: Email us at [email protected] at least 5 days before your next billing date. Your request must come from the email address associated with your membership subscription.

Please note that we’re unable to process subscription cancellation requests from any other channel (e.g., text, voice call).

Important Details:

• Cancellation notifications must be received 5 days before your next charge date to avoid being billed for the upcoming month.
• You will have 30 days from the last day of your unexpired subscription to use any unused blowouts.
• If you fail to notify us of your subscription cancellation in a timely manner as described in ‘How to Cancel’ above, and you are charged, no refunds will be issued. However, your membership will remain active until the end of the paid period. You will have 30 days after the expiration of your subscription to redeem any unused blowouts.
• Once a membership has been canceled, any remaining membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the Member associated with the account.
• Unused blowouts and discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

Membership Pause Policy

Members may request to temporarily pause their membership for up to three (3) months. Pause requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be sent from the email address associated with the membership account. Requests sent from any other email address will not be processed. During the pause period, membership benefits will be suspended and will not accrue or be available for use until the membership is reactivated.

The membership subscription fees will recur monthly until canceled by the member. Each Member agrees and understands that the Member’s credit card will automatically be charged the applicable monthly fee. It is each Member’s responsibility to keep Blowout Rules informed of accurate billing information. If, for any reason, the membership subscription charge cannot be successfully processed using the payment method on file, any special membership rates will be terminated, and the membership may be considered canceled. Any unused membership blowouts must be used within 30 days from the date of the unsuccessful payment attempt, after which they will expire. A new form must be completed for any changes in billing information. The monthly fee will be charged automatically and approximately on the same day of the month that the original purchase was made. If Blowout Rules terminates Manetenance or a Member’s membership subscription in Manetenance, the Member’s credit card will not be charged for the next billing period and the terms applicable to canceled memberships will apply.
